Note:
The following are entitled to reduced fares on the basis of holding seasonal tickets: kindergarten children, primary, secondary and postsecondary school students.
INFORMATION ON FREE - OF - CHARGE JOURNEYS ON MUNICIPAL PUBLIC TRANSPORT FOR DISABLED CHILDREN UP TO 16 YEARS OF AGE WITH A CARER
Disabled children up to 16 years of age whose disablement certifications issued by the County’s Disability Evaluation Board indicate:
1) the necessity of constant or long-term care or assistance of another person due to his/her significantly reduced capability of unassisted living, or
2) the necessity of constant co - participation of a child’s carer in the process of his/her treatment, rehabilitation and education,
are entitled to a free of charge journey together with a carer.
Presentation of a certificate issued by the County’s Disability Evaluation Board which attests to a child’s, up to 16 years of age, disability entitles such a child to free-of-charge journey.
Legal grounds: paragraph1, point 3 of the Resolution XVI/311/11 of the Town Council of Oświęcim of December 28, 2011 on discounts and free fares on public transport.
